I’ll be hitting up 5️⃣ gyms from July to August teaching seminars. My first stop will be in my own backyard of Queens, NY. My friend Youyung Cho opened up his gym a few years ago, and has always welcomed me to teach and train there whenever I’m around. So I’m super excited to be able to share the knowledge with everyone 😊

The seminar is on Thursday evening so it won’t get in the way of your weekend plans with your family and friends.
