My role is to help you better understand your situation, evaluate your options, identify the tradeoffs, and make informed decisions that fit your own goals, experience, priorities, and values.

What Is a Strategy Session?
A Strategy Session is a one-on-one conversation designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Some people come with one very specific question. Others simply know they’re feeling stuck. Both are perfectly okay.
Rather than giving one-size-fits-all advice, we’ll work through your situation together, discuss the options available to you, and identify what makes the most sense for where you are right now.
Sometimes the conversation confirms what you were already thinking. Sometimes it uncovers possibilities you hadn’t considered.
Either way, my goal is that you leave feeling less overwhelmed and more confident about your next step.

What Happens After I Book?
1. Choose a time
Select either a 30-minute or 60-minute session.
2. Tell me a little about your situation
You’ll answer a few short questions beforehand so I have some context before we meet.
3. We meet
We’ll spend our time focused on your questions and the areas that matter most to you.
Some conversations stay focused on one topic.
Others naturally branch into several.
That’s completely normal.
4. Follow-up
Within six hours of our conversation, I’ll send you a written summary of the key points we discussed, along with any relevant links, resources, and recommendations.
That way you can focus on the conversation instead of worrying about taking notes.

I am not anti-AI - it's a fantastic tool for exploring ideas and gathering information.
But what it can't do is replace a conversation about your specific situation.
A Strategy Session combines years of first-hand experience in Muay Thai with a discussion about your goals, priorities, and the context that often gets left out of online advice. That means asking follow-up questions, exploring the tradeoffs between different options, and helping you think through what makes the most sense for you.
For many people, the value isn't simply getting more information. It's leaving the conversation feeling confident enough to stop second-guessing themselves.
Do I receive anything afterwards?
Yes.
Within six hours, I'll send you a follow-up email. Following 60-min sessions, I will summarize our conversation and include the resources, recommendations, or links we discussed.
