I was born and raised in Queens, New York – a true melting pot and the icon of the dreams of my immigrant parents. I hold a degree in psychology and was originally set on becoming a physical therapist.
But my passion for Muay Thai quickly became something I could not tame. I chose to forego the traditional road in favor of what I consider the only thing I have that’s truly just for me.
I enjoy the warm weather in Bangkok, where I currently live. I’m an avid animal lover, having had dogs and domestic rats as pets. During time off from training, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, listening to music and podcasts, traveling, trying to perfect my skincare routine, and visiting new cafes.
I’m the founder of the first platform to focus on women in Muay Thai, Muay Ying. I’m also a co-founder of an online community for women in combat sports, FIGHT/HER.

Fight Biography
I am widely recognized as one of the best female fighters in the art of eight limbs. Over the years, I’ve refined and developed an aggressive fighting style that is popular among fight fans and Muay Thai promoters alike.
My Muay Thai roots are Sitan Gym in New York. I then spent my first four years in Bangkok under Arjan Monlit Sitphodaeng, winner of the 2010 Trainer of the Year Award, at Sitsongpeenong. I have since moved to P.K. Saenchai Muaythaigym to train alongside some of the biggest names of the combat sports scene.
I am currently ranked by World Boxing Comission [WBC] MuayThai and World Muaythai Organization [WMO]. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the sport via teaching Muay Thai classes, private sessions, and seminars.
