Physical Products

All returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a physical product from and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I will review your case and, if applicable, provide you with a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note that for returns of physical products, the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

As a side note, all of our physical goods are done via Dropshipping – items are sourced from various suppliers, which means that return policies may differ based on the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Digital Products

As much as I am certain that the quality of my digital products will make you more than satisfied, there may be cases where it doesn’t meet your expectations. However, I’m not able to offer refunds for any digital items due to the nature of these goods. Once you have received access to a digital product, such as an e-book, guide, or online course, I cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
